What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Support and implement Mainframe Automation solutions on IBM z/OS environments.
- Participate in migration projects from CA OPS/MVS to IBM Tivoli System Automation for z/OS.
- Support migration from CA Automation Point to IBM Systems Automation for Integrated Operations Management ( SA IOM ).
- Develop and maintain automation policies, rules, and operational procedures.
- Work with automation teams to ensure high availability and operational efficiency.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of Mainframe Operations/Support experience.
- Strong knowledge of IBM System Automation for z/OS .
- Experience with NetView for z/OS .
- Hands-on experience with TSO/ISPF and JCL .
- Strong REXX programming skills.
- Experience with z/OS Automation Migration Projects .
- Knowledge of Automation Policy Database (PDB).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
