- Develop and support applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.
- Perform application maintenance, enhancements, and production support activities.
- Work with Mainframe DevOps tools and deployment processes.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development and delivery.
- Analyze requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned development tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for successful project delivery.
- Follow SDLC standards, coding best practices, and quality guidelines.
Must-Have Skills: COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB2, Mainframe Development, Mainframe Maintenance, Agile, Mainframe DevOps, IPC Processes.
