Mainframe Developer / Mainframe Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Mainframe applications.
• Provide production support and break-fix for Mainframe applications.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues and incidents.
• Work on application enhancements and development activities.
• Write, modify, test, and maintain Mainframe programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Follow software development, testing, security, and quality standards.
• Support application performance improvement and optimization.
• Participate in deployment and maintenance activities.
• Track and report project/task status using Agile tools.

• Endevor
• SPUFI
• File Manager
• Agile Central / Rally
• Experience with Mainframe application enhancements
• Knowledge of security and controls
• Understanding of architecture frameworks
