What they need
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Engineer with strong expertise in CA TPX Session Management and CA SOLVE for z/OS to support and maintain enterprise mainframe environments. The role focuses on session management, automation, troubleshooting, and production support within a z/OS ecosystem.
Required Skills (Mandatory)
- CA TPX Session Management
- CA SOLVE for z/OS
- IBM z/OS
- VTAM / SNA
- TSO / ISPF
- JCL
- RACF or equivalent mainframe security tools
- SMP/E (basic knowledge)
- Exposure to CICS / IMS / DB2
- CA NetMaster / CA SYSVIEW
Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and administer CA TPX and CA SOLVE environments
- Troubleshoot session, connectivity, automation, and performance-related issues
- Provide Level 2 / Level 3 production support
- Participate in system upgrades, PTF implementation, and disaster recovery activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and availability
Eligibility Criteria
- Authorized to work in the USA or Canada
- Willingness to participate in on-call support as required
