Maintenance - 2nd Shift (3pm - 11pm)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization as you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment

• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems

• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, or welding equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment

• Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

• Proficient in English (both written and verbal)

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

• Basic electrical knowledge is preferred

• Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Strong customer service skills

• Leadership and supervisory experience is desirable
