Maintenance Analyst

About the role

This full-time position will be responsible for analyzing maintenance data, monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing maintenance programs, and supporting maintenance planning and reliability initiatives.

What you will do

• Design, track, and analyze comprehensive maintenance KPIs, including Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), backlog volume, and maintenance plan compliance.
• Evaluate existing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, recommending adjustments to align with manufacturer guidelines and operational goals.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations on chronic equipment failures and recurring technical issues to prevent future downtime.
• Generate executive-level reports, presentations, and interactive dashboards using tools like MS Excel.
• Coordinate with local engineering and service desks to develop master maintenance schedules and plan major scheduled shutdowns.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, industry standards, and audit tracking.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree or associate technical certification in Engineering, Facilities Management, IT, Supply Chain, or a related quantitative field.
• Typically, 2+ years of experience in maintenance operations, data analytics, or fleet management.
• Proficiency with CMMS software (e.g., SAP) and ERP systems.
• Strong data manipulation skills using MS Excel (vlookups, conditional logic, macros).
