Job Purpose:

Support administrative activities and REM implementation, meeting the requirements of compliance and support the leadership to attend the strategy of the Business and Corporate Real Estate.

Your Tasks:

• Standardize and improve process
• Support REM implementation
• Develop effective and productive relationships with internal customers as well as with other support areas
• Implement effective KPIs to monitor department performance
• Develop and update internal reports (Ex.: KPI's) and presentations
• Comply with all guidelines and procedures established by Global Corporate Real Estate
• Comply with all HSE, ENVIRONMENT and COMPLIANCE rules and guidelines

Your Profile:

• Project management knowledge
• Facility Management experience of 2 years
• Practice with financial controls;
• Knowledge about the 5S concept;
• Advanced Office (Excel and PPT).
