About ACE Padel

ACE Padel is a premium padel club and social sports destination opening in Coconut Grove this fall. The club features five courts (four under canopy), a 3,000 square foot clubhouse, full locker rooms and showers, a wellness area with sauna and cold plunges, an on site cafe, and a private members lounge. Our members expect a five star experience, and the condition of the club is a big part of that.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented person to keep ACE Padel Coconut Grove spotless, safe, and running smoothly every day. You will care for the courts, clubhouse, locker rooms, and wellness area, and handle general upkeep across the property. This is a hands on role for someone who takes pride in their work and notices the small things.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain locker rooms, showers, and restrooms throughout the day, including restocking towels, toiletries, and amenities
• Keep the sauna, cold plunge, and wellness areas clean and hygienic
• Clean and tidy the clubhouse, members lounge, cafe seating, and front desk areas
• Sweep, blow, and maintain padel courts, glass walls, and fencing so courts are ready for play
• Empty trash and recycling and keep outdoor areas, walkways, and entrances presentable
• Handle basic repairs and upkeep such as changing light bulbs, fixing fixtures, touching up paint, and minor plumbing issues
• Report larger maintenance needs to management and coordinate with outside vendors when needed
• Track cleaning supplies and let management know when inventory runs low
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists
• Be friendly and professional with members and guests

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance (hotel, gym, spa, or club experience is a plus)
• Basic handyman skills
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in Miami weather
• Availability on [mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays]
• English required; Spanish is a plus

Schedule
