Maintenance & Electrical Supervisor / Manager

About the role

You will play a key role in maintaining the factory's equipment, utilities, and safety systems while helping establish the maintenance function of a new manufacturing site. Working closely with production, quality, and management teams, you will contribute directly to operational reliability, safety, and future expansion. This position offers strong growth potential as the organization develops.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operation of industrial mixers and blending equipment, storage tanks and transfer systems, weighing and weight-checking equipment, stainless steel production furniture and workstations, and packaging support equipment
• Maintain and monitor 1,500 kVA electrical supply and distribution system, emergency backup generator, hybrid water and foam fire protection system, wastewater storage systems, temperature-controlled rooms, air circulation and extraction systems, and gas detection systems
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot equipment and electrical issues
• Coordinate external contractors and service providers
• Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation
• Support equipment installation and improvement projects
• Follow and promote safe maintenance practices
• Support electrical safety and Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures
• Ensure critical safety systems remain operational and assist with inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements

About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, or manufacturing engineering
• Experience maintaining production equipment and facility infrastructure in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently
• Experience managing maintenance contractors and service providers
• Experience with AHU, ventilation systems, temperature-controlled environments, and industrial HVAC systems is a strong advantage
• Good working level of English required for daily communication with international management, suppliers, and service providers
• Experience in chemical, cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, food ingredients, flavors and fragrances, paints and coatings, or similar industrial manufacturing environments is highly preferred
• Currently based in Chachoengsao, Chonburi, or nearby areas
