Maintenance & Engineering System Head

1. Develop and standardize maintenance systems, policies, and procedures across all business units to ensure effective maintenance planning, asset management, and spare parts management.
2. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Garudafood Maintenance System (GfMS), including SAP PM, system integration, and maintenance performance monitoring.
3. Monitor system compliance, conduct audits, and analyze maintenance data to identify equipment failure trends and improvement opportunities.
4. Drive TPM implementation, reliability improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across business units.
5. Provide technical guidance and develop engineering team competencies in maintenance systems, SAP PM, and data analysis.
6. Lead team performance management, manpower planning, and employee development to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
2. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Engineering or Maintenance within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in SAP PM, preferably SAP HANA PM and SAP Fiori, with knowledge of integration with other SAP modules.
4. Strong understanding of TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance, asset management, and reliability engineering.
5. Familiar with ISO 55000/55001 and manufacturing processes.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
7. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
8. Experience in leading teams and managing projects across multiple business units is an advantage.
