Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Maintenance & Facility Coordinator to manage maintenance requirements across our showrooms and workshops, coordinate with vendors, collect quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely and cost-effective completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and facility-related requirements across showrooms and workshops.
• Identify maintenance needs and arrange necessary repairs and services.
• Collect quotations from multiple vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate prices and obtain the best possible rates without compromising on quality.
• Compare quotations based on cost, quality, and completion timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Follow up on maintenance work and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
• Maintain records of quotations, purchase bills, invoices, and maintenance expenses.
• Obtain approval before finalizing quotations or confirming work orders.
• Inspect facilities periodically and report maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with showroom, workshop, and management teams to address requirements.

Requirements

• Good negotiation, bargaining, and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to collect and compare quotations.
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair work.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and preparing quotation comparisons.
• Responsible, organized, and cost-conscious.

Experience: Freshers with relevant skills and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary: As per experience and company policy.
