Maintenance & Service Technician

About the role

Stream Environment Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysia-based global leader in Automated Waste Collection Systems (AWCS), delivering innovative and sustainable waste management solutions across multiple countries. We are seeking a proactive Maintenance & Service Technician to support maintenance and service operations for Automated Waste Collection Systems (AWCS).

Key responsibilities

• Support the Manager, Engineer, and Technician in general maintenance, servicing, and repair works.
• Assist Technicians in inspecting products and systems to ensure they are properly maintained for end-user convenience and safety.
• Report all faults, issues, and observations, and assist the Manager, Assistant Manager, Engineer, and M&S Technician in resolving them.
• Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping works.
• Handle and assist with other waste management-related tasks.
• Be willing to work after office hours, on weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by Management to ensure the efficient operation of the company.
• Adhere to customer and Stream Environment's standard operating procedures (SOPs).

About you

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant maintenance or technical experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work after office hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia.
