Maintenance Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a high school graduate or college undergraduate level.
• A valid driver's license and driving experience are preferred but not required.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English.
• Must be willing to be assigned at Laguna Technopark Inc. – Annex.
• Knowledge of janitorial equipment and basic carpentry tools is an advantage.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently..

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Janitor / Janitress

• Regularly clean lobby, hallways, cafeteria, production and offices.
• Ensures tidiness in both the female and male restrooms.
• Responsible for tools and supplies requisition as needed, and provide monitoring for the usage of gardening supplies.
• Keeps cleaning tools clean and neat, and store them at proper place.

As Gardener

• Regularly weed the grass, water and fertilize the plants and keep garden simple and beautiful.
• Responsible for tools and supplies requisition as needed, and provide monitoring for the usage of gardening supplies.
• keeps gardening tools clean and neat, and stores them at proper place

As Maintenance Assistant

• Do simple carpentry and plumbing works if needed.
• Fix and trouble shoots minor tools and other low Value Assets.
• Assist co-employees when needed

As Company Driver Support

• Support in driving Official Business-related transactions as needed
• Performs other relevant duties as assigned
