Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
• Repair and maintain equipment, including machinery and appliances
• Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, corridors, and patient rooms
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility
• Respond to maintenance requests from patients, residents, and staff members

Requirements:
