Prior knowledge of typical business maintenance. 1-2Yrs experience working in a Nursing Facility. Knowledge of TELS. Must have the ability to trouble shoot issues. Be able to work alongside of your supervisor as a Team, as well as the ability to work alone. HAVC experience needed. Must be able to lift over 50lbs.
