What they need
We are currently looking for a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team!
Position type: Part Time
Responsibilities:
Assist Maintenance Manager with tasks and duties
Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory while adhering to budget guidelines set by the Community Manager
Ensure all company, state, local or federal health, safety, health, building, fire and insurance codes or requirements are met or exceeded at all times
Manage inventory and loss control program for the supplies, parts, tools, and equipment of the maintenance department
Qualifications:
Maintenance experience in a Long Term Care (LTC) preferred
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Dedicated and compassionate- we are in the business of taking care of people
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
