Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant supports theProperty Management and Maintenance Lead by performing basic repairs on facilities, equipment, and systems, and assisting with inspections to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections of common areas, restrooms, hallways, entrances, and technical rooms to identify any maintenance needs.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs (e.g., leaking faucets, faulty lights, clogged drains).
• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of air conditioning systems, and other mechanical systems.
• Assist with office fixture installations, relocations, and minor carpentry tasks when needed.
• Assist in proper disposal of obsolete or damaged company property in accordance with procedures.
• Handling emergency requests for cleaning and maintenance services
• Schedule and coordinate the conduct of pest control activities

Qualifications:

• Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems; Working knowledge of workplace safety, health, and compliance standards; Driving skill is a must
• At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance or repair work
• Technical-Vocational graduate (Electrical, Mechanical or related field); or HS graduate with NCII certification in the related field

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
