What they need
- Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities and equipment on property.
- Carry out periodical inspection as per set schedule of fire-fighting pumps, fire control panels and fire fighters intercom.
- Investigate the cause of faulty air-con and find the solution to solve the problem.
- Monitor contractor when carry out any repairing and keep report.
- Responsible repair and maintain all piping valve, all control fan, ventilation, trunking and dampers.
- Report all cases non-compliance to the superiors with accurate record and descriptions.
- Daily basis checking others sub meter, roof top, main water tank, guest rooms, public areas, grease trap, check cold and hot water pump.
