Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in routine and preventative maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
• Conduct inspections of premises and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform minor repairs, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in resolving emergency situations.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to prepare for and complete renovation projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
• Good communication abilities and physical stamina.
