About the role
Maintenance Assistant position at Breakfree on Cashel in Christchurch. The role requires basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry, with a flexible approach to working hours including weekends and public holidays.
Key responsibilities
- Promptly respond to and resolve maintenance requests
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of all equipment
- Maintain high standards of appearance and safety for grounds and rooms
About you
- Prior Handyman experience required
- Trade qualification preferred
- General building and trade knowledge with experience in a similar role preferable
- Eye for detail and great organizational skills
- Self motivated with the ability to work autonomously
