Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance team in handling day-to-day repair, upkeep, and maintenance activities across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the maintenance team with daily repair and maintenance work.
• Support basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair activities.
• Attend to maintenance requests from guest rooms and common areas.
• Assist with routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Help identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist technicians during equipment installation, servicing, and repairs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance materials properly.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and instructions from the Maintenance Supervisor/Engineer.
• Support emergency maintenance requirements when needed.

Requirements

• ITI/technical qualification preferred but not mandatory.
• 1–2 years of experience in maintenance, hotel, facility, or similar work.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Physically fit, hardworking, and responsible.
• Ability to work shifts when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
