About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable Maintenance Assistant TO WORK MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM - 5PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Maintenance Manager with planned tasks on Fridays.
- Carry out basic maintenance, minor repairs, and routine checks independently at weekends.
- Respond to maintenance requests and report any issues or hazards.
- Ensure communal areas, equipment, and facilities are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £15.50 per hour
