What they need
Extensive knowledge of electrical problems. Extensive knowledge of plumbing issues. Fulfills minor requests from Residents regarding issues in rooms. Extensive knowledge in room renovations. Ability to work in fast paced enviornment. Ability to time manage. Ability to report to supervisor regarding issues. Ability to lead housekeepers and problem solve on a punctual basis. Ability to budget accordingly to each problematic issue. Must be a team player and still have the ability to work independently. Available schedule: Tuesdays to Saturdays 830am to 5pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.90 - $20.27 per hour
