• Management of Engineering Drawings/Documents/Materials and Equipment:

• Management of documents/spare parts/materials/tools;

• Tracking the progress of spare parts procurement;

• Creation and achieving various forms and records;

• Maintenance of standard procedures and work methods, etc.

• Project Contracting Management and Procurement System Operation:

• Execute procurement procedures for contracted work.

• Track project progress.

• Organize and archive project documents.

• Assist with project acceptance and vendor payment requests.

• Operate the procurement system to execute procurement requests, place orders, and complete acceptance processes.

• Inspection/Operation Record Preparation and Archiving:

• Assist in compiling machine and equipment inspection records into statistical forms.

• Report any abnormalities to engineers and supervisors as needed.

• Assist with hazardous equipment inspection and shutdown preparation related documents and work progress tracking:

• • Assist in compiling hazardous equipment inspection and shutdown preparation related documents.
  • Track and update work progress during work inspection and shutdown.

• Other assigned tasks:

• Assist engineers and department managers with assigned tasks to ensure smooth operations within and across departments.

• Co-work with FM team to handle the general affairs in plant.

• • 工程圖面/文件/物料與設備的管理:
    • 文件/備品/物料/工具的管理；
    • 採購備品的進度追蹤 ;
    • 各式表單的製作與記錄文件歸檔；
    • 維護標準程序及工作方法等文件；
  • 工程發包管理及請購系統操作:
    • 執行發包工作採購程序。
    • 工程進度的追蹤。
    • 工程文件的整理及歸檔。
    • 協助工程驗收及廠商請款作業。
    • 操作請購系統以進行請購需求、下訂、驗收流程的執行。
  • 巡檢/操作記錄準備及存檔:
    • 協助彙整機器設備的巡檢記錄至統計表單。
    • 視情況將異常記錄反應給工程師及主管。
  • 協助工檢及停車準備相關文件及工作進度追蹤
    • 協助整理工檢及停車準備相關文件。
    • 工檢及停車期間工作進度追蹤及更新。
  • 其他交辦事項:
    • 協助工程師及部門主管交辦事項，確保部門內與跨部門運作順暢
    • 偕同FM團隊處理工廠總務相關事項
