Maintenance Assistant Manager or Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning maintenance schedules for machinery in the factory.
• Reducing machine downtime issues.
• Control the Facility & Utility machine system to prevent machine breakdowns and reduce the time required to restore machines to normal operation.
• Arrange maintenance team to perform general maintenance within the factory and develop new automation solutions.
• Ensuring that basic facilities & utilities, such as water and electrical systems, are well maintained.
• Analyze machine problems and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Advanced PLC Programming & Troubleshooting: Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC programs for automated machinery and production systems, including sequence control, I/O configuration, interlock systems, alarm functions, and communication with HMI and other automation devices.
• Lead PLC-based automation improvement projects to enhance machine performance, reduce downtime, and improve production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or any related field

• Experience in maintenance and process engineer job in manufacturing

• Good knowledge of maintenance activities.

• Strong in problem solving skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• 7-14 years of experience in machinery industries, including facility and utility system maintenance.

• Knowledge of proactive maintenance (PM).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and using various measuring tools.

• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

• Strong analytical, counselling, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO 14001, process improvement, project improvement, and machine maintenance in machinery industries.
