Maintenance Associate

We are now looking for a colleague to join our team in Rugvica, Croatia as Maintenance Associate. Maintenance associate will be responsible for maintenance of all machines, tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance of all machines, tools, equipment (Total Productive Maintenance)
• Conducting daily, weekly, monthly inspections of tools, machines, equipment
• Conducting training for workers for tools and machines
• In case of failure of tools, machines, or equipment, organize service
• Archive copies of warranties and tools receipt
• Update the list of all tools and save to the network
• Updating the tool attestation and timely sending the tool for attestation
• Keeping keys, making copies
• Urgent deliveries
• Reading consumption of gas, electricity and water
• Taking care of pool cars
• Performing the duties of the Technical Worker during his absence
• Small fixings in the manufacturing plant
• Small fixings of installations
• Adherence to safety rules at work
• Involvement in Kaizen/Continuous improvement
• Other tasks assigned by the superior

Qualifications

• High school education
• 1 year of experience
• Soft skills: attention to detail, organized, team player, willingness to learn and educate

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

• Constant/Frequent standing
• Frequent driving (car, van truck)

Time Travel Required

• No Travel
