Maintenance Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and a strong focus on customer service.

Duties:

• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
• Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and address maintenance issues
• Repair or replace broken equipment or fixtures
  -Conduct unit turns
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents

Requirements:

• Must have valid driver's license
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of residential painting techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents and staff
• Leadership skills to supervise maintenance projects effectively

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of building repairs and proper usage of tools.
