The Role::
The Maintenance Associate assists with the effective operation of the Agency’s buildings and is responsible for facility maintenance, moves, facility modifications, monitoring work order ticketing system, and on-call coverage as scheduled.:

What we’re looking for::

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Facilities services and customer service experience in a commercial environment preferred
• Familiarity with use of hand tools and basic power tools.
• Ability to bend, kneel, carry equipment/tools, climb a ladder and be able to lift/carry 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate required equipment, including operation of vehicles equipped with lift (plow)
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
• Valid driver’s license, proof of adequate automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation required:
