Job Details We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary environment throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable performing physical cleaning duties throughout the day.

This position will be fully on-site.

Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Days: Monday–Friday

Job Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, hallways, and other assigned areas.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe down surfaces as needed.

Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish paper products, soap, and other supplies.

Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste in designated areas.

Clean windows, doors, work surfaces, and high-touch areas.

Maintain housekeeping supplies and notify management when additional materials are needed.

Follow established safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures.

Assist with general facility cleanup and other housekeeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or facility cleaning experience preferred.

Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, commercial, or industrial environment is a plus.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning duties throughout the shift.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.
