Maintenance Associate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations

• Maintains usage data for all Delivery Vehicles, Plant Supplies used in maintenance, facility and equipment
• Assists in the monitoring of Driver’s Alert Program and driver qualifications
• Coordinates maintenance scheduling as required
• Assists Operations Manager and Risk Management Coordinator in matters concerning risk management
• Checks availability of vehicle and equipment parts for purchase within the area
• Maintains all maintenance – related reports
• Performs ad-hoc task that is deemed necessary assigned by the immediate superior

Education and Experience

• At least two (2) years of college education.
• With at least one (1) to two (2) years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably with experience in the manufacturing or warehousing industry.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Basic knowledge of maintenance activities and procedures.
• Computer literate.
• Good communication skills.
• Planning and coordination skills.
• Organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with operations managers and maintenance personnel.
• Physically fit to perform job-related duties.
