Maintenance Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Clerk to support our maintenance operations on 1st shift in Columbus, OH!

This role is responsible for managing inventory, processing requisitions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the stockroom is clean and well-organized. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong data entry and organizational skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies
• Create and manage requisitions for parts, tools, and supplies
• Process service purchase orders (POs) and invoices
• Receive and verify incoming orders; update inventory records
• Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness
• Log stock issues and returns in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Track and manage returns and repairs of defective items
• Maintain accurate equipment records in CMMS
• Plan and generate work orders to support maintenance activities

Qualifications

• Technical degree in maintenance or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Experience with CMMS platforms (EAM, MP2, SAP) is a plus
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
