Maintenance Clerk

• Maintaining maintenance records: This involves keeping meticulous records of equipment maintenance schedules, repair history, equipment inventory, and parts supplies.
• Processing work orders: This includes creating work orders for reported maintenance issues, assigning them to technicians, and tracking their completion.
• Inventory management: This involves ordering parts and supplies, managing stock levels, and ensuring parts are readily available for maintenance tasks.
• Communication: This includes communicating with technicians, residents (in the case of property maintenance), and vendors to ensure everyone is informed and requests are addressed.
• Reporting: This involves generating reports on maintenance activity, costs, and inventory levels.
