MAINTENANCE CLERK

Job Responsibilities:

1. Purchase all materials for the Maintenance Department.
2. Prepare, assemble and process required documentation for time entry and maintenance scheduling.
3. Schedule maintenance related meetings, training as need that come through the maintenance schedule.
4. Assist the Maintenance Manager with general clerical work, data entry and parts inventory.
5. Track history of replacement parts and equipment maintenance and repair.
6. Working with Maintenance personnel in finding vendors and cost of non-inventory items.
7. Track history of replacement parts and equipment maintenance and repair.
8. Assure inventory items are available to support Maintenance and Set-up personnel to keep equipment running in a 24 / 7 operation.
9. Assigns work based on the equipment availability schedule and give the work orders to the maintenance supervisors for the tasks to be performed on that day.
10. No work order to be given to a maintenance supervisor unless all parts are on hand to carry out the task.
11. Inventory purchasing, tracking and distribution.
12. Maintain parts room in accordance with Company policy.
