About the role

This is a Maintenance Technician role focused on ensuring the optimal operation of production machinery and utilities in a medical device manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of production machinery and utility conditions
• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule and corrective maintenance when machinery is damaged
• Troubleshoot machinery malfunctions and replace damaged machine components
• Maintain the function of safety devices on all machinery
• Assist with machinery improvement or modification work
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery, panels, tools, and work areas
• Perform maintenance work in accordance with medical device quality system standards, including ISO 13485 and GMP compliance

About you

• Minimum D3 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related engineering field
• Minimum 1 year experience in Maintenance or fresh graduate with relevant competencies
• Knowledge of electrical safety
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, hydraulic diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Able to use technical measuring instruments, troubleshoot production machinery, and have basic Microsoft Office skills
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and comply with safety procedures and company regulations
