What they need
A general Maintenance is required to join our Care Home Group based in Reigate . This position is permanent, full-time role Monday-Friday
General Duties:
Good knowledge of builder's work and general building skills
Knowledge of Electrical Works
General Gardening and Landscape gardening
Painting and decorating
Carpentry and Repairs
Requirements: Fully Flexible to meet our business needs
Knowledge of plumbing, electrics and basic building knowledge
Reliable and Trustworthy
Sound knowledge of Health & Safety
Driving Licence (desirable)
We will provide DBS check, Free meals on shift and Uniform.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
