Dr. Masood Homeopathic Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an experienced Maintenance Incharge to join our team at Lahore.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Incharge will lead daily maintenance and repair activities for manufacturing equipment, packaging lines, and utility systems including HVAC, Purified Water (PW), WFI, and compressed air. The role requires ensuring reliable equipment performance while maintaining compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Preventive, Corrective & Predictive Maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, PLC, and automation issues.
• Maintain critical pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Manage maintenance of HVAC, PW, WFI, and clean steam systems.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and minimize production downtime.
• Ensure maintenance activities and equipment calibration comply with cGMP and SOPs.
• Maintain equipment history, work orders, calibration records, and maintenance documentation.
• Support deviation investigations, change controls, and CAPA.
• Coordinate internal and external regulatory audits related to engineering/maintenance.
• Lead, assign, and train maintenance technicians and mechanics.
• Enforce LOTO, permit-to-work, PPE, and plant safety procedures.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting skills in electro-mechanical systems, PLCs, and instrumentation.
• Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification & Experience

• B.Sc. in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant discipline.
• 3–6 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and utilities will be preferred.
