Maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or engineering, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

• Relevant educational background in Electricity, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (AC/DC), plumbing, and kitchen equipment maintenance.

• Basic skills in carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.

• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues quickly.

• Honest, disciplined, and proactive in identifying potential facility issues.

• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency calls if needed.

• Currently residing in Bali.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all restaurant facilities, electrical systems, and plumbing are functioning properly.

• Performing regular maintenance on kitchen equipment and AC units.

• Handling general repairs for the building, furniture, and fixtures.

• Coordinating with external vendors or contractors for major repairs.

• Maintaining a clean and organized workshop and tool inventory.
