Job Overview

We are looking for an Maintenance Technician that will help provide safety, cleanliness, structural integrity, and operational efficiency to our beautiful beach fronting condo property. This position is responsible for executing daily routine maintenance, custodial upkeep and site remediation across all common elements and exterior grounds

Key Responsibilities & Essential Duties

Facility Maintenance & Inspection

• Inspect shared spaces daily (lobbies, hallways, stairwells, parking structures, and exterior grounds) to identify and mitigate immediate safety or security hazards.
• Execute routine repair work, touch-up painting, and general hardware maintenance.

Exterior Grounds & Surface Care

• Perform power-washing and high-pressure surface cleaning of parking structures.
• Clear property grounds, storm drains, and shared pathways of debris, leaf litter, and hazardous clutter.
• Conduct periodic upkeep of building facades, railings, and common physical structures as directed.
• Oversee routine trash pickup and waste consolidation across all common property areas.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety guidelines, manufacturer recommendations, and property association rules.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Experience: 2+ years of facilities maintenance, custodial work, or general trades experience, preferably within a residential or multi-family condominium setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating pressure washers, power tools, light plumbing, basic electrical troubleshooting, and general hand tools.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor outdoors under varying weather conditions.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills when interacting with management, residents, and contractors.
• MUST PASS DRUG TEST, BACKGROUND AND REFERENCE CHECK.

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
