Key responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on AC units and exhaust fans
- Refill Freon when ampere pressure falls below normal levels
- Conduct minor repairs on AC and exhaust fan units to ensure optimal operation
- Measure ampere levels on AC units
- Evaluate the condition of operational equipment such as AC units and report on progress
- Inspect AC blower mechanisms
- Replace damaged AC spare parts
- Ensure quality of tools used by technicians
- Prepare daily reports according to established forms
- Analyze faults occurring in AC units
