MAINTENANCE COMMAND CENTER ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Command Center Associate to join our team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor GSE equipment status, maintenance activities, and repair progress.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders with mechanics and supervisors.
• Track equipment availability, downtime, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and prepare daily operational reports.
• Escalate urgent equipment breakdowns and safety-related concerns.
• Ensure proper shift endorsements and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a relevant technical, engineering, aviation, or business-related course.
• Experience in maintenance coordination or equipment monitoring is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
