DESCRIPTION
Evolve Management is hiring a hands-on maintenance contractor for the
rental homes we manage across East Central Indiana.

You will be the person we call when a unit needs repaired, maintained,
or turned. We need someone who can diagnose the problem, fix it right,
and keep owners and residents updated without being chased.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance and repairs on single-family rentals, duplexes, and
  small multi-family units
• Plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, HVAC basics, drywall, paint,
  flooring, doors, windows, locks, appliances, and general carpentry
• Work on home systems, including water heaters, furnaces, electrical
  panels, sump pumps, gutters, and related equipment
• Make-ready turns between residents: punch lists, minor rehabs, and
  final walk-throughs
• Respond to work orders by text and email, send photos, and close
  jobs with clear notes
• Keep a stocked truck and the tools to complete routine repairs
  without a hardware-store run on every call

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong, proven skill across home improvement and residential
  systems. This is not a helper position.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance on
  your vehicle
• Your own tools. We do not provide a truck or a tool inventory.
• Ability to email and text clearly, including job photos and status updates
• Available 40+ hours a week, including some same-day and after-hours calls
• Professional with residents and owners. Clean work and respectful
  communication.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Prior property-maintenance or trade experience preferred

PAY AND SCHEDULE
$30 an hour and up, based on experience, skill range, and reliability.
Consistent weekly work, 40+ hours.
