Maintenance Coordinator

Seeking an organized, responsive Maintenance Coordinator to manage maintenance requests and work orders for our short term and long term rental properties. This role keeps repairs moving by communicating with residents, guests, property owners, vendors, and our internal team.

Schedule: Full time, 5 days per week — Thursday through Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off).

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and track maintenance requests from residents, guests, and property staff.
• Create work orders, schedule vendors, and follow up until each job is complete.
• Coordinate repairs around guest stays, check-ins, and turnovers at short term rentals.
• Keep residents and guests updated on repair timelines and access arrangements.
• Obtain estimates and owner approvals when needed.
• Review completed work, document updates, and flag recurring or urgent property issues.
• Help resolve time-sensitive maintenance issues promptly, including those that arise on weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience using AppFolio, Airbnb, and short term rental property management systems is preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and changing priorities.
• Comfort working with vendors, residents, guests, and property owners.
• Experience in property management, maintenance coordination, hospitality, or a related role is preferred.
• Familiarity with work order or property management software is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
