Job Description – Maintenance Coordinator

Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, facilities, and utilities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and service records.
• Monitor the condition and performance of machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate with technicians, production teams, and external service providers for maintenance works.
• Follow up on breakdowns and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain records of spare parts, tools, equipment, and maintenance requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and identifying root causes.
• Coordinate equipment inspections, servicing, and statutory maintenance requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports and track equipment downtime.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company HSE and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in maintenance coordination, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Good understanding of mechanical systems, machinery, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Good coordination, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
