Maintenance Coordinator

• Strong third-party contractor coordination and monitoring
• knowledge of contractor safety and site requirements
• Good documentation and record-keeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Sheet and WMS
• Ability to coordinate with Operations , Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Security and external contractors

Requirements:

• Atleast Bachelor's Graduate or equivalnet course/
• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Technology
• Basic knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing , HVAC and building facilities is Advantage.
• Good organizational, communication, coordination and problem solving skills.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
