About the Role:

We’re looking for a Repair and Maintenance Coordinator to manage equipment maintenance tickets across 82 stores. You’ll coordinate repairs from the initial report through resolution, working closely with store managers, vendors, and contractors to keep service on track and records accurate.

You Will:

• Manage equipment maintenance tickets from initiation to resolution.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance schedules with store managers, vendors, and contractors.
• Follow up on repair status and completion within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment issues, repair costs, and vendor interactions.
• Process contractor payments and track billing and invoices.

About You:

Your Background:

• 1–3 years of experience in support, service coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Close attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors at once.
• Clear communication skills for working with store managers, vendors, and contractors.
