Maintenance Coordinator — Luxury Homes (West Austin)

About us: Vista Home Management is a growing Austin concierge home management company. Our member families trust us as the single point of contact for their homes — we handle the maintenance, the vendors, the surprises, and the details, so they never have to. The homes in our care average over $5 million — and our members expect, and receive, a level of attention and discretion to match. Internally we call this role a Home Manager, because that's what you'll be: the person our members' homes count on.

What you'll do:

• Own day-to-day maintenance across our member homes: receive requests, dispatch the right vendor, schedule the visit, and see it through to done
• Be on site when it matters — let vendors in, oversee repairs, walk the property, and make sure the work meets our standard before it's called finished
• Respond quickly. When a member texts about a leak, motion at the gate, or an AC out in August, you're the calm, capable person who jumps on it
• Run seasonal maintenance programs and regular home walkthroughs; spot small problems before they become big ones
• Communicate with members with genuine warmth and polish — clear updates, no jargon, nothing left hanging
• Keep everything organized in our custom software (work orders, scheduling, messaging — we'll train you; it's easy)

Who we're looking for:

• You know how houses work — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pools, irrigation — enough to diagnose issues, talk shop with tradespeople, and tell good work from bad (bonus if you're handy enough to swap a filter or reset a breaker yourself)
• Customer service is your gift, not just a skill: you'll be trusted inside some of Austin's finest homes, and our members notice the difference between "handled" and "handled beautifully." Discretion and trustworthiness are non-negotiable
• Fast-moving and dependable — you answer, you show up, you follow through
• You live in the Austin metro, close enough to Westlake, Rollingwood, and Tarrytown to be at a member's home quickly
• Organized to a fault; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Background: home maintenance, trades, facilities, property care, estate management, or high-end hospitality all work — attitude and reliability matter most

Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience and performance. Base salary plus performance bonus as the role grows — the strongest path to the top of this range is being great at the job. Mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and 10 days PTO included. This is a full-time W-2 position with direct mentorship from the founder and a real path to leading operations as our membership grows.
