maintenance coordinator / sales experience

We are hiring maintenance coordinator with sales experience Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities for machines and equipment.
• Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
• Follow up with technicians to ensure maintenance work is completed on time.
• Coordinate with customers for maintenance requests and service visits.
• Prepare quotations for maintenance services, spare parts, and repairs.
• Support the sales team by following up on customer inquiries and generating new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and materials.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and job schedules.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Qualification : Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Coordinator in the metal, steel, or fabrication industry.
• Experience in maintenance coordination and technical sales.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
