Maintenance Coordinator Shopfitting

About the role

This is a hands-on coordination role based in the Gold Coast office. You'll manage a steady flow of small maintenance jobs at retail stores across both countries, from the first request through to completion and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and assess maintenance requests from clients
• Scope the work and prepare quotes
• Engage and schedule contractors and trades in each location
• Track jobs from start to finish and keep clients updated
• Check that work is completed to standard and closed out properly
• Make sure documentation, photos and paperwork are in order for invoicing
• Work closely with project managers, construction managers and accounts team

About you

• Experience in shopfitting, retail fitout or building maintenance
• A good understanding of how trades and site works run
• Experience coordinating contractors, ideally across multiple locations
• Clear, confident communication with clients and trades
• Strong attention to detail and good follow through
• Solid computer skills
