Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Maintenance Coordinator to support the day-to-day maintenance activities of our hospital. The candidate will coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, service schedules, and facility-related requirements to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities.
• Attend to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with technicians, service providers, and external vendors.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, service visits, and equipment-related activities.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other facility maintenance requirements.
• Follow up on pending maintenance issues.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and functional hospital environment.
• Prepare basic maintenance reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance or facility coordination.
• Hospital or healthcare facility experience is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance activities.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
