Maintenance Coordinator (Wastewater Treatment)

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians/workers to execute daily maintenance activities
• Plan, schedule, implement and monitor preventive, corrective and overhaul maintenance programs for E&M equipment, pumps, blowers, tanks, piping and civil/structural works
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to optimize cost and minimize downtime
• Manage external service providers and contractors, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract compliance
• Conduct equipment criticality assessments
• Ensure full compliance with corporate HSE policies and statutory safety requirements
• Any other duties as assigned by Plant Management

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related disciplines
• 5 years of plant maintenance experience, of which at least 3 years should be in a supervisory capacity
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with CMMS is highly preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
